1. Shipping: I process orders 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. I'm using the postal service to lessen shipping fees, so there may be up to a 2 month delay! If you haven't received your order after 9 weeks from the shipping confirmation, please contact cryyanni.shop@gmail.com with your full name and order number and I can take a look! Please contact me as well if you received the wrong items.
2. Orders: There are no issues so far shipping flat mail (paper merch and small items) via the postal service (Philpost) but for transparency, and if the customer requests, I may have to ship larger/heavier orders via private couriers. This may also happen if the postal service is unavailable for that country at the moment. The estimated cost is: (US$53.68).
3. International Orders: Shipping internationally will take up to 9 weeks! Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs, and customs fees upon import! For flatmail, there usually isn't any fees.
4. Replacements: All sales are final! I currently don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your products are damaged during transit, e-mail me a photo and I can work on getting you a replacement. I am not responsible for products becoming damaged or stolen after they have safely arrived.
